Ah, the Invicta 8932 Pro Diver watch. It’s getting pretty popular hey? There are a lot of reasons for this of course, one of them being the look of the watch and the similarities you can draw between it and many much more expensive watch brands (rolex and omega).
The best part of this watch however is the price. Buying these babies online you can save up to 70%, it’s actually ridiculous how cheap some of them are and I don’t understand how Invicta is able to do this, but oh well. We are the winners right?
Anyway I’ll stop rabbiting on and actually start talking about the watch huh? Good idea.
Invicta 8932 Movement:
Ok, so it’s using japanese-quartz movement, before you start complaining that it’s not Swiss made, I’ll have you know that the japanese quartz really is a great alternative (and it’s one of the factors that goes into selling this watch for such a low price). It’s been proven to keep fantastic time, quite accurate normally at +/- 15 second per week . It’s reliable and well made so that’s definitely a plus.
Invicta 8932 Bezel:
The case is a nice size at 40mm, but if you’re a guy with a skinny wrist it may look a little big on you. The bezel is unidirectional, which is always nice. I remember one of the watches I used to won only moved one way and it was a bit of a hassle if you made a mistake to wind it round again. In terms of movement it’s nice and smooth as well, very accurate which is want you want in a bezel. The coin edge of the bezel is also good for gripping and in general the bezel iv very scratch resistant.
Water resistance:
In terms of water resistance, they’ve created this cracked of a watch to go to 660 feet. Why 660 you ask/ I’m fairly sure that’s the limit for a watch to be considered a “professional†dive watch.
Summing Up…
All in all, the Invicta 8932 is popular because it such great value. You’ll be hard pressed to find a watch of this quality for a cheaper price. Don’t forget to buy your watches online, because at t eh end of the day, you might have to wait a bit longer but your going to save a lot of money. Hundreds of dollars in some cases. If you’re looking for a good quality diver watch that isn’t too expensive, this is your watch.
